We recommend that you schedule your appointment in advance. We require 24 hour advanced notice for cancellations or to reschedule or you will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled session. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24 hour advance notice to avoid charges.
We request that you arrive early for your appointment. This gives you some time to relax and ensures that you will receive your full session time, and in order for us to uphold our professional standards of being 'on time,' we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appointment. If for any reason WE are late starting your appointment, you will receive the full scheduled time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other payment arrangements are made.
